VSX 7000 management error, http error with TMS
Good Morning,
I work for a big company that uses a mixed architecture: Tandberg TMS to manage the Polycom codecs.
We are using the release 11.7.1 for TMS and the 8.5.3 for most of the codecs. For several months we are experiencing an error in TMS "No Http Response" = the codecs are unreachable via TMS and we are not able to reach the web interface of the codec. We have to make a software reboot via telnet or an hardware one when we cannot log via telnet to be able to manage the system again with TMS.
We have asked the technical support of the 2 manufacturers but by now we have no solution.
Do you know this problem ? Do you have any clue to solve ?
