Vtech Cordless Mysteriously I have found when pushing redial on one of the cordless handsets a 1. I believe my husband is calling someone after I go to bed and then covering it with a 1. Of course he has blamed my 2 year old. I have contacted our phone co. and in FL the only way to retrieve calls is to have a court order. Any suggestions on how to detect?

At one time, Radio Shack sold a cassette recorder specifically intended to record phone calls.
It can be plugged into an used jack, out of sight, and it picks up the line as soon as it is in use and records until the line goes inactive.
The legal stuff:
Some states require that both parties on the line are made aware that they are being recorded, others only one or none.
