Report "VTECH VT9121 When the phone earpiece is in the cradle, the "IN USE" button blinks incessantly, as do the three orange lights on the left, right, and bottom of the cradle. Even after hours and hours of being in the cradle, with the "POWER" and "CHARGING" lights lit up in red, the phone earpiece does not seem to charge. The Caller ID works, but you cannot hear a dial tone from the earpiece. Does the phone need new batteries? Or does it need to be thrown out?"
