Vtouch not detecting in USB port
My VTouch 8 GB player is not detecting by PC in USB port. As well as its not switching on. Its showing the initial screen only. By switching off the player needs to press the reset button. can anyone know or faced the same probelm & how to fix for that......

It sounds like you have a driver missing and to charge most of their products need to actually have the switch in the on position to accept a charge.
so turn the switch on and try an charge it.
You will need to install the driver off a disc you got with it, or go on the manufacturers website and install a driver
