Vulcan fryer gas control knob will not turn
The unit had been disconnected for cleaning around and under it. The gas control knob was left in the on position. Once they connected the unit you can't turn the knob from on to off and then on again as the lighting instructions dictate. You can't light the pilot either. Please help.
