VW Polo. 2013 . 1.6 petrol. I want to change the spark plugs. How do I go about removing the plastic carier with the coils that sits directly above the plugs ,
It sit quite tight- I am afraid of breaking the frame

They are pressed in, so use something to pry them out slowly. I recommend you use a few drops of oil around the coils to make it easier to remove. Then make sure you wipe them prior to installation.
