First check the time and date of your PC if it is up to date. if not then it could simply means that the cmos battery of your pc or laptop are already a dead battery. all you need to do is set the date and time if you have no cmos battery replacement on hand.so everytime you turn on your pc you have to set the date and time until such time that you replaced the dead cmos battery.
