When i turn on my sony w580i there is one group of vertical lines on the left and 5 groups of horizontal lines going down from the top (the horizontal sets of lines differ in the quantity in each group). the teen piece of scree left is different colors and u really can't see text or menu items. i already went to the sony update site. i updated the sw, no luck there. i decided to re-install the sw from the sony site. once done i followed instr to disconnect, remove battery, replace battery and turn on. still have lines. i can catch more little menu letters but the horiz and vert lines are still there, the teeny screen piece is just a teeny bit better then it was before i "replaced" the software. or seems to be. what's up w the phone????
