Wacom Intuos3 tablet won't let me use my pen
I installed the tablet through the installation disk that was given with the tablet. The installation process said that everything was installed perfectly. When I put the pen to the tablet, the blue light turned green but the cursor wouldn't move. I've tried getting a new driver from Wacom's website, but the computer wouldn't let me install it. After trying many processes, I restored my computer with recovery points figured start from scratch again and when I tried to use the tablet before installing it through the installation disk, it worked! But the calibration was completely off and I couldn't work with it! I installed it again through the disk and the pen stopped working again. I used the tablet previously and everything worked fine, and I've reverted my computer back to it's original factory OS settings today 8.1 so there is nothing harmful on my computer whatsoever. Please, someone help me! I just want to draw... :
