My TI-84 Plus Silver Edition stopped working a few days ago. It says the following message: "Waiting Please Install Operating System Now"....

I finally fixed my calculator~
1. if you have a ti 84 plus silver, plus, or just ti 84, find a friend who has either a ti 84 plus silver, plus, or just ti 84. (as long as the number is the same)
2. link the two calculators together
3. using your friends calculator, press the [2nd] and the one next to alpha [x,t,o,n]
4. go all the way down to [send os]
5. send it to the other calculator and your problem should be fixed
