Walgreens Automatic Arm Blood Pressure Monitor doesn't pump to 180 before beginning to read blood pressure; is this normal?
There is no error code. It just pumps up to a number higher than what it ultimately reads as my blood pressure; for instance: 119/74 or 97/65. My previous, older, home monitor had a setting which required it to pump to 180 before descending to read.
