Want to switch one one of the 230 wires instead of two

I want to have 110 sent to my well pit. and switch the other one with my pressure switch.

Electrical code requires both hots to be switched on a 230V supply, you can switch one hot and the pump will turn on and off but there will always be an existing electrocution hazard, not a good thing.
