There is a problem with the fuser thermistor in that machine. You can replace the fuser module you can try looking up on google a business called 'The parts drop" call and see if they can sell you just a thermistor. That's not an uncommon problem. Some of those fusers were made with intermittent thermistors. Also, you can go into the machine setup and turn the power save OFF. A new machine will come with the power save set to 5 minutes and it will make you crazy.
