Warranty and repair
My Semnnheiser Hd - 555 Audiophile headphones are starting to make screeching noises comming from the left ear.
I bought these headphones on September 21, 2008 from Amazon.com
I am not sure what info you need but ill give you the scanning number which is SD6pxJbn2R.
three are some other numbers underneath the headphones shipment.

These headphones carry a manufacturer warranty of 2 years. I would suggest that you try them on at least one source to be sure that it is the headphone causing the problem that you are having before proceeding with making a warranty claim.
You should be able to locate a Sennheiser agent in your town. Click here to locate an agent near to you. I have been a seenheiser austhorised repair agent in the past, and they take failures under warranty very seriously and I am sure will resolve the problem for you at no charge.
