Read the below Response from Skycaddie Customer Service :-
This particular issue usually occurs when the device is disconnected from the computer during the update process or when there is a temporary loss of Internet connection.
If a user has successfully connected to the current computer, reloading the last application from the Tool bar in CaddieSync will correct the problem. If the SkyCaddie is being connected to the computer for the first time, we will need to update the application manually through live support.

- Select 'Tools' from the SkyCaddie Desktop menu.
- Select 'Reload'.
- Select 'Last Application'.
- Follow the prompts. Please be patient between each one.
- When finished, please click to verify the update.
If the instructions did not help you to resolve the issue, contact the manufacturer to reload the application for you.
The applications are corrupted and you need to manually reload the application in order for the device to work correctly.
