Wash cycle starts but does not run
My DW 1614 dishwasher comes up with error code E1 which isn't listed in the troubleshooting guide, the lid to the soap /tablet dispenser does not open either. Thanks.

- For Lid dispenser try followin steps:
- Check the detergent cup for obstructions
- Test the timer motor
- Check actuator arm
- Test the bimetal assembly
