I don't know. check to see if cold water is availabe. shut off hot and cold supply taps. start washer to try to reduced pressure on rubber hoses. shut off washer and disconnect it from hydro. undo cold water rubber hose at the washer. point it into a pail or sink and slowly open supply tap to see if water flows freely. if no water, clean or replace both hoses as they deteriorate with age. if water runs freely, i think you may have to replace the intake valve on the washer. they usually are easy to disconnect and replace.
