Washer won't drain
I opened the front drain, drained the water out and checked the filter. It was a white thing with little holes in it. It was clean. I closed it up and ran an empty load. The washer still won't drain. What should I do next? Thanks

When you removed filter did you get any water out? if not then the pipe from the bottom of the tub to the pump may be blocked.If water did come out from filter then your pump may be gone. To do this you need to remove rear panel to gain access to pump.Check washing machine spares before you start removing pump as some people think they need to remove all filter for replacement. This is not often the case. Try and view your pump online and this will give you some idea of what to remove.
Check all the filters undernealth the right side front of the pump, check nothing is jammed or dirt etc.
