Washing machine dose not aditate anymore
My frigidaire washing machine doses not adgitate anymore . it doses fill with water ,spin and drain the only thing it dos en do is adgitate. somebody said it is a bad trans. can i change it myself? please help thank you

Pull up the agitator, you may need to get a belt wrap it underneath and yank it up, please be careful that it doesnt hit your eye and under the agitator is a coupler or bell that needs to be replaced, it is stripped, loosen the bolt and replace
