Even when I replace the cartridge with a new cartridge (did this twice) the sensor still reads full or not installed.  I have cleaned off the sensor also and not luck.  What next?  Does samsung have replacement sensors when the stop working.  The only time the printer states that it is ready is when the cartridge is out of the printer.
