Never seen that brand but In my experience with commercial machines two things cause that issue:
1. A washarm end cap or plug is missing. (caps & plugs are on many dishmachines to allow users to clean debris out of the washarm.)
2. Check the tracks around where the door closes, on undercounter units it is common for them to load up with debris causing the water not to have a return path to the tank. Clean them out with a small screwdriver or anything else that fits between them.
In addtion, If the door has a rubber seal of some sort check it for worn or crushed areas.
