water dispenser
For about a month now I have had water leaking from my KitchenAid Refrigerator. It slowly drips out of either the ice shoot or the water hole and fills the pan. Then the water begins to overflow if not emptied daily. I think the problem is on the freezer/ice shoot side because I have ice building up at the top (inside the freezer) ice slide. I have taken the ice machine out and there is still ice buildup on this area. All the stuff in the freezer is still rock hard and it seems to be holding temperature fine.
I have a KitchenAid RefrigeratorModel #: KSSS42DWX01
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
you may have a kink in the water line leading to the icemaker. the leak is due to warm water entering the icemaker itself. i would also check the water valve in the icemaker itself and ice actuators or paddles to any breakage.
okay, that it must be the water valve itself that's leaking.
i would have a technician replace it.
