First, find the drain for your model and pull the plug. In the he2, you have to remove the front plate. Tip the Washer up with a paint can or similar object. It's not heavy. TThere are three screws under the front plate. Remove them and the plate. The draing will be on the front. Unscrew this and make sure you have something to catch the water. You'll find change, smelly stuff, etc. and empty it out. Check the hoses and make sure they are unclogged. The large one will have a ball in it but that supposed to be there.
