Water flow is too powerful
Hi,
We recently installed a Danze faucet in our kitchen: http://www.efaucets.com/detail.asp?Product_ID=D405046
The problem is that the water coming out of it is too powerful, and in a way too 'concentrated'. We have solved similar issues with other kitchen faucets in the past by just screwing on a filter thing that can be bought at Home Depot. But this faucet does not have the external thread to accept this type of filter.
My wife is convinced it is not just a matter of putting pressure reducing valve in the supply line - that it is related to how the water actually comes out of the faucet.
Please advise...
Thanks, Tim.

I got you, you want a screen to be put on the spout!
check the inside of the spout. there may be a internal thread, if it is, then you can get a external thread screen from home depot.
Tim, It sounds like you just have to much pressure in your home period. You should not be having to put anytype of pressure reducers on your faucets. I recommened that you go to your pressure regulator outside and adjust it to make the pressure in your house drop. There is a little bolt that you adjust. Screw in and the pressure drops, out the pressure rises
