What has happened is the defrost drain trough and tube are clogged with ice. You will need to empty freezer, remove shelves in freezer, remove Icemaker if you have one and remove back wall of freezer to gain access to the defrost drain. Some also have a bottom that is removable. Once you have the back panel off you will need to remove all ice accumulated. Once you have the ice out you should be able to see the drain hole just beneath the evaporator coils at the back of the freezer. Using a hair dryer you will need to melt the ice and then bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Use a towel to dry the area beneath the evaporator coils and pour a little of the water in the drain trough area so it can help melt the ice in the drain tube. Let set for few minutes then dry again and repeat with water. When the tube finally thaws the water will flow to the condensate pan like it is supposed to then you can put every thing back together. Don't worry about where the water goes because there is a drain pan that catches it and the compressor keeps it evaporated. Good luck and hope this helps. Rick
