Water got stock in the machine
After washing then drying the clothes water was still in the machine and and the clothes was socking wet and really hot.
what could be the problem? Can you help?

It sounds like the drain pump has failed.
It is located at the rear right of the m/c, and has 2 hoses connected to it.
