Water has accumulated in my air conditioner
I have an HBLG5004 for a few years with no probs...until last night. It was making a sloshing noise (it does that sometimes when there is a bit of water accumulation). Well this time the fan was making a deep 'whirring' noise and was spitting little droplets of water out of the vent up top.
Should I just let this ****** dry out and start from there? Or is this a larger problem?

You need to check to see if the unit is off-level, as it should be. From the outside, the unit should appear to be slightly tilted to allow for water run off. Also, check to make sure the water drain hole or holes are not clogged with debris. Remember, an air conditioner is also a good dehumidifer and the water that it removes from the air it is cooling must go somewhere.
