There is an increasing amount of water in the disposed coffee container. At first it was just moisture but now it is like the grounds are soaked with water.

You may have to clean the unit using cleaning tablets, also there is a flap in the bay (remove the tray and use flashlight, sometimes it cakes up and moisture collects. Final thought is you may need to send it in to Capresso/Jura for service. Mike
You need all the seals replaced of the cartridge unit. The entire Unit is quiete expensive but I offer an exchange unit. You will have to send in the old one. You can also buy non exchange and keep a spare one. We used upgraded o-ring seals kit which you can also fit yourself. We also replace the end bit of a valve (white plkastic cap against one made of aluminium. This does not slip and closes properly during the operation of the cartridge mechanism. Hence another possible leakage point is eliminated.
