If you buy a rebuild kit it will come with an instruction sheet. If you do rebuild your carb be sure and check the floats for holes as well. If there is water in the fuel - try totally emtying the tank and add a little methyl hydrate. It mixes with water and fuel and may clear your tank of any remaining H2O.
