It sounds like you have a problem with a motorised valve.first thing to do is find the valve(connected to pipework)and check that its getting power to it with a tester.if there is power getting to it then you will have to take a note of the make and model number and get a replacement head for it(local plumbcentre).there is no need to undo any of the pipework as changing the head is usually only a couple of screws to remove and a couple of wires which will probably go into a junction box. hope this helps
