Water leaking from bottom of 550 aprilair humidifer
I am unable to contact the installer for my humidifier - it is just 1 yr old this December. The basement was filled w/ water on floor because unitis draining right out the bottom - I do not think there is a drain installed at all or a plug to stop water from leaking out through the bottom - can you help me to understnad how to fix it?

Hi they should be a hose going to a drain in the floor there are insrtuctions on the wed just google the make and model and you can down load them
