Water leaking onto floor
I have seen a couple of posts with similar problems, Intertherm A/C water leaking around the drain pan onto the floor. The drain lines are clear. This has happenned to me several times and created much aggravation. Through trial and error I solved the problem at least temporarily. I re-leveled the unit and took the coils out cleaned them and reinserted. The coils didn't look excessively dirty but they may have been clogged inside. The problem usually happens when it is extremely humid outside, and the unit is located in a humid area of the house(garage). This is possibly due to the excessive amounts of water that the unit is taking out of the air. If anybody knows of another solution, help is appreciated.

At night disconnect power use flash light and mirror check to see if coil is stopped up if unit is up flow coil fan heat kit make sure there is a trap in the drain line or unit will pull air into system most likley cause is dirty coil hope this helps unit could also have dirty fan blades low air flow or starting to freeze the coil due to low freeon charge if down flow supply duct under unit ths is not good due to heat kit on bottom of unit can get wet! hope this helps with your problem
