After the cycle has ended, the dishwasher is still filled with water on the base.

Also, we moved into our house and the previous owners did not leave us an owners manual. I have no idea what the icons mean on the top of the door. I have called Gaggenau twice to get a manual but haven't received one. Can anyone point me to a source?
