water that sits in the microwave and doesn't evaporate on its own at all (again, I know this happens, but from a simple tv dinner or burrito every time and a lot of moisture, more than any other micro I've had and this one is 1200 watts, so more powerful). Is there a way to fix this or help the venting process? What could be the issue?
Is it a combo built into the oven or stand alone? If its build into something then no. If its free standing look under the microwave and see if there are air vents in it. If there are are they clean. Microwaves dont vent persay, they just blow hot air out. You dont want to modifity the case because it will expose you to direct and scatter Microwaves. And that is not good. A easy fix. When you are done making a TV dinner or whatever, keep the door open for a while. The microwave is hot and it will evaporate. If there is standing water in it, contact the company and get them to fix it, but checking for proper intake and venting is needed. Meaning make sure they are clean.
