Water will not drain from the top drawer of my F&P SS

Sorry don't know the model number ~ only 18 months old) No error codes come up, let's you complete the cycle as if has emptied but water is still sitting in the basin of the drawer.
Please advise

Have you unblocked your filter?
the pump itself then is probably the problem. basically water falls to the bottom then goes through a corse filter, down a little hose/pipe to a fine filter then the pump pushes the water out through the hose you have going to your drain etc. check these places and hopefully you can find your problem.
