Hi just read your posting.Now on the GWL11 there are 2 types of pumps,The 1st type has a fan attached with should be colored red or black.The second type of pump your machine might have has no fan and is held in with 2 screws to the base of the tank.Depending what country you are in will determine which pump you will have.Now to find out which pump you have on your machine please look underneath the machine and see if you can see a fan to the front right.If you can see a fan then turn it back and forth a few times and hopefully that will loosen it up.Put the machine back on its feet and select the spin cycle and push the start button.Hopefully the machine will start draining.If it does not start to drain or you have the other type of pump then please reply and I can guide you further.
