WD 8830 not working
The red light in the upper right hand corner is flashing constantly. The screen will not come on and the keys are not functioning. Also, I cannot make outgoing calls and incoming calls go directly to voice mail

My blackberry 8830 is working but screen does not have lights. h
You need to take the phone to a mobile service tech and have them diagnosed the board and service it to correct these issues.
Also the phone signal is not active that is why it goes to VM
