WD Passport just "buzzez" after I dropped it
How do I fix it or get the data off it - I read a suggestion on where the "power thing" may have shorted out etc.... I just want to fix it or get my data

Crack the case open, disconnect the SATA-to-USB conversion card and try one of these:

Of course since you DROPPED IT the thing is probably suffering from a head crash and the drive is toasted. Dropping and hard drives in the same sentence equals bad.
