Report "WD Passport My passport just stopped working. I have a HP laptop that runs Vista. The passport worked fine until yesterday. I get a message when trying to run the WD..exe sync that a problem caused the WD not to work. I went to the WD website and downloaded the exe file and it worked fine but it looked like it started from scratch. This morning nothing - same error message. What's up with this thing? How do I get it back on track? Thanks"
