Report "WDC813 RX. Like Sara Miller my receiver has, in the past, rung of its own accord -- I teach from home and this syndrome can be jolly annoying when I'm in the middle of a lesson. Now, there's an additional problem. The rubber bell push has become very temperamental and I definitely need a new one. Can you please supply one of these without having to buy the receiver too, and is there an alternative to the rubber button? I would much prefer one made in a more solid material.
