We are installing new electrical outlets. I think i messed up when I broke the tabs on all 10 of the recepticals. do I have to repalce them all. or can I pig tail one to the other. Thanks!

Yes, you can pigtail them. You should make an actual pigtail, though, as putting two wires under one screw is not a good wiring practice.
