We are using model #gwl15 fisher and paykel top load washer. When it gets to the rinse cycle it justs beeps. It won't go any further. It is not unbalanced. I've taken all of the clothes out of the washer and let the water and soap settle. I've unplugged and started from the beginning and nothing works. At the spin cycle it justs sits there and hums. I've bailed all of the water out and that's where we've given up
Washing Machines - Fisher and Paykel - GWL11 Top Load Washer
Hi just read your posting. Now when it beeps and stops do any lights flash or come on?If they do they will be on a row of 8 lights.Starting from the far left which lights are on or flashing? Are they the 1st and 4th light or 3rd and 6th --etc--?Please look underneath the machine and look to the front right of the machine You should see your pump which should have a red or black fan on it.Turn this fan a few times and hopefully this will loosen your pump if it is jammed. If you have the pump without the fan please reply and I can guide you throe unjamming it.I think with your symptoms you have described, you might have a jammed pump. Please reply for further help.Hope this helps.
Hi just read your posting. Now where is your machine draining the water to?Is it into the laundry sink?If it is then the problem could be a blocked pump or faulty diverter. If you could look underneath the machine for me to see if you have the pump with the fan attached. It will have a red or black fan. Please reply with additional information and I can help you rectify this problem.

I have the gwl15 model and when the cycle gets to the rinse cycle it stops and takes about twenty minutes to start and then once it gets to the spin cycle, all the water leaks from the washer all over the place and the clothes still aren't fully dry.
