We are using our printers for the first time (we have 2) and one of the printers is not printing the bar code correctly. The print is light and some of the lines are not complete so we can't scan them. Can you please help me?

If the ink on a freshly printed paper is light, it may be due to software settings. Double check the settings in the printer program to see if the printing preferences are too light to your likings.
Physical problem could lie with the ink reserves in the printer in the case of an inkjet, and a lack of toner in the case of a laser printer. In this case, replace or refill the ink (or toner).
