We bought our Roper washing machine in Sept. 2011. It worked fine when we put it into storage for the last year. Today we put it into our laundry room, balanced it, and tried to do a load. When it got to the spin cycle, the tub seemed unbalanced. We took out the clothes and tried again. It still sounds badly unbalanced.

From time to time a load of clothes will just get out of balance. Try readjusting the load and test it again
