Press reset on the top of the main unit under the middle tree. The light will blink. While it's blinking, use a pin to press in the reset button on the back of the remote. The blinking light should go out, and you should be good to go. FWIW - I just looked for almost an hour before I found this answer today on-line. It worked for us.

On my trio tree the smallest one doesnt work but the other 2 does how can i get it to work any infornation please let me know

You need 2 people to reset, 1 to press button on tree and 1 to reset the remote, has to be done at the same time

Fully extend the antenna on the remote FIRST, then proceed as above
