If it has circuitry issues then unfortunately that thing is locked tight and needs to be worked on by a locksmith / sentry themselves. I am not sure what exact model you have, but guessing it is not feasible to ship the safe. You are going to want to contact a local locksmith that deals with Sentry to get this worked on, they can definitely help you get it going again.
