We get our internet service through Wildblue satellite. A few months ago we installed a router so that two computers could get online. A month ago our upload usage went WAY above our contracted amount. Neither my husband or I upload other than emails. The Wildblue tech suggested that someone was tapping into our system through the router. (We've already had both computers seen by a computer tech and new protection software installed.) I guess we need to get a password and user name. We have no manual. How should we go about doing this? Please be as specific as possible.. You're working with a computer novice here. Thanks, Kenna PS We have a ZSR1124WE model
