We got Juki DDL8100E. Few days ago. when sewing, needle broke and since then our machine is making heavvy noise. Also, the Stitch adjuster knob is vibrating up and down. please help

A broken needle is usually a result of it hitting something hard. Frequently, this will knock the machine out of time.
Take it for service.

Thank you guys.. Yeah that looks like timing issue. I called service center people.
Check that a bit of the broken needle is not interfering with the bobbin case movement
if the breakage was hard enough it may have altered the needle / hook timing which will cause a knocking sound as well
