We have a #37356 telescope and the lense is not in adjustment .Can I send it in to have it looked at. Where do I send it and what would be the cost. I did not buy insurance on the scope thinking it would be ok

This is a small toy telescope (sold by Toys R US) of 50mm. The same size as a pair of 10x50mm binoculars which would have been better for a beginner to use for Astronomy.
It is not worth repairing as the repair will cost more than the entire telescope. What makes you think there is something wrong with it? This is a very simple refractor telescope. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.
Go outside during the daytime and practice focusing on a distant object. The image will be upside down but this is normal and not a problem. Read my TIPS on my profile page and read this web site:
