Report "We have a baby trend expedition jogger that won't collapse. We have easily done it before by pulling both 'red trigger loops' simultaneously and it folds on its own. For some reason, when you pull the triggers, it releases but feels like it is getting stuck somewhere and won't fold. It starts to about a half inch, and then get's caught up somewhere. We have the canopy folded back and the seat completely reclined, as instructed in the manual. Any other suggestions that I'm not seeing?"
